Muzammil Zafar
Founder | Legal Strategist | Business Consultant | Advocate High Court
Muzammil Zafar is the Founder of BLI Consulting and Associate Business Partner at Tiefenthaler Legal (Pakistan). A licensed High Court advocate and member of the Punjab Bar Council and Faisalabad District Bar Association, he brings over six years of expertise in legal strategy, litigation, and business consulting. He holds an MBA in Banking & Finance and an LL.B., with additional certifications in Project & Operational Management and Entrepreneurship from LUMS. He oversees BLI Consulting’s offices in Faisalabad and Lahore, and collaborates with Tiefenthaler Inc. on international projects in construction, mining, energy, and engineering. With a multidisciplinary approach and commitment to community uplift, he is also active in pro bono legal aid and social development initiatives.
Dr. Zafar Iqbal Meo Rajput
Doctor
Dr. Zafar Iqbal Meo Rajput is a social worker who devoted his life to uplifting the Meo community, serving others, and supporting his family through deep faith and compassion. To honor his legacy, BLi Consulting Global provides monthly community meetings offering free legal aid and support to the Meo community, vulnerable families, minority groups, and human rights causes. We carry forward his mission by lifting others with dignity, integrity, and empathy.
